In 2024, our architecture studio found its new home in a mid-century commercial building originally constructed in 1950. Drawn to its solid bones and untapped potential, we saw an opportunity to breathe new life into a forgotten structure — and in doing so, anchor our vision in the history of place.

Embracing an industrial aesthetic, we leaned into the raw character of the building. Our team — made up of skilled designers and craftspeople — took on much of the work themselves, crafting finishes by hand and making the space a true reflection of our values. The result is a functional, honest interior that showcases the care, creativity, and capability of the people who inhabit it.

Bringing in natural daylight was a top priority. From carefully placed skylights to strategic new glazing, the building is now flooded with soft, inviting light — a critical component of any space where imagination and design thrive.

We’re proud to be part of the Sunnyslope community and excited to contribute to its growing creative energy. As we settle into our new home, we hope to inspire other studios, makers, and dreamers to see the potential here — and join us in shaping what’s next.
